4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 163jili reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts and to close such accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email or mobile number.
